Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Provider

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings of school weeks offered by friLingue GmbH, Stöckackerstr. 93, 3018 Bern, Switzerland. By submitting a booking request, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Booking & Contract

A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation by friLingue. An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is due within 14 days of booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email to info@frilingue.ch). The following conditions apply:

We strongly recommend that all participants take out travel and cancellation insurance.

4. Services Included

Unless otherwise agreed, the price includes: accommodation in group dormitories, full board (3 meals per day) and supervision during the programme. Travel to and from the location is not included.

5. Liability

friLingue exercises due care in the organisation and execution of all programmes. Liability for slight negligence is excluded. Participants must be covered by personal accident and health insurance. friLingue is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of booking and programme execution. Photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes unless the customer objects in writing.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Fribourg, Switzerland.
